Common questions

How do I restore a purchase?

Purchases (like "Remove Ads") are tied to your Apple ID. If you reinstall an app or switch devices, open the app and use its restore-purchases option, or reinstall while signed in to the same Apple ID you bought it with. If a purchase still doesn't appear, email us and we'll help.

How do I get a refund?

All purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store, so refunds are requested directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't have access to your payment details and can't issue refunds ourselves, but we're glad to help troubleshoot whatever went wrong.

Found a bug or have a feature request?

We'd love to hear it. Email hello@bigridgestudios.com with what happened (and the app name, device, and iOS version). Reproduction steps or a screenshot help a lot.
