Measurement accuracy
Realform's floor plans, dimensions, and measurements are estimates generated from your device's LiDAR and camera sensors. Under good conditions they are typically accurate to within about ±5 cm (roughly 2 inches), but real-world results vary with lighting, surface materials (such as glass and mirrors), room size, and device model — and deviations can be larger.
