Realform is a 3D scanning app for iPhone published by Big Ridge Studios. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA) at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these Terms and Apple's standard EULA conflict as to the app itself, the EULA controls.
Realform's scans, dimensions, floor plans, and 3D models are estimates generated from your device's LiDAR and camera. Under good conditions they are typically accurate to within about ±5 cm (roughly 2 inches), but results vary with lighting, surfaces such as glass and mirrors, room size, and device — and deviations can be larger. Realform is not a surveying, engineering, medical, or professional measurement tool, and its output is not survey-grade. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for construction, renovation, permitting, real-estate or legal documentation, insurance, or purchasing decisions. Always verify critical measurements with appropriate professional tools or a licensed professional.
You own the scans, models, and files you create. Realform processes everything on your device and never uploads or receives your scans. You are responsible for backing up and using your own files.
Use Realform lawfully, and only to scan objects, spaces, or people you own or have permission to capture. Only scan a person who has agreed to be scanned — you are responsible for obtaining consent and for how the results are used. Respect others' privacy, copyrights, and property.
The Realform name, logo, app, and website content are owned by Big Ridge Studios and may not be used without permission — except your own scans and exports, which are yours.
Realform is free and shows ads via third-party advertising services that operate under their own privacy policies. An optional one-time in-app purchase removes ads. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
The app, website, and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. You use them at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Ridge Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, website, or their outputs — including any reliance on measurements or models. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
